I like almost everything about the inside except for the king size bed. It squeaks really really bad. Like seriously. And the kitchen needs a blender. And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing. I think the garbage cans should be placed downstairs instead of being so close to the door way because we had to be spraying often to keep out flies and food worms and when the rain fell the water from the cans run towards the door. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

My family and I enjoyed the property we stayed in. As we walked into the corridor towards the apartment, the first thing we saw was garbage and we didn’t know what to expect. Pros; When we walked in, everything was very clean and fully stocked with all things you may need (lots of good quality towels, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and toiletries). Property had extra towels and bed linens! Pillows were great. We also loved having a washer/dryer available. Loved the layout of the property and the size of it. It fit all 6 of us with plenty of space. The pool was a few feet from us which was great for the kids! Loved the size of the pool and the lounge chairs by the pool. Cons: kitchen had tiny ants everywhere so nothing could be left on counters. One roach was seen in the bathroom. Other flying bugs would randomly appear. King Bed in the master bedroom felt flimsy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Very convenient and comfortable for a family.

The location was good for going to the Miami Open. We liked that there was a tennis court because we used that twice during our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels were thick and nice. The pool towels could be a bit larger. We wished the pool stayed open later than 6pm, and that the fitness room had an elliptical. We had to call as the internet in our unit did not work and no one came to fix it. We were able to join a different unit’s network. We cook in a lot and could have used a can opener and kitchen towels. We asked for kitchen towels but none were delivered. We appreciated the coffee and tea! We liked the keyless entry as that was convenient.

When we checked in, the property hadn’t been cleaned. When we called, we were quickly assigned another apartment- no issue at all. The apartment was well stocked with everything you would need. The pool area was lovely and we spent an afternoon enjoying the Florida heat and sun. The only negative thing I can say is the corridor outside our apartment had garbage on the floor the whole two days we were there. Not sure if it was birds/small animals making the mess. When we mentioned it at the office area, we were told that there was no garbage pickup on Wednesdays and we arrived on a Wednesday so the bag of garbage from the previous guests sat outside open to animals.

I have nothing good to say. I would not stay there again even if it was free! The concierge sucked. They never return or answer your requests. Do not let the photos fool you!

I had a great experience. One little mishap at check in. I was at the wrong apartment and had to call for help which ended up causing a reset on the code for the door. They assisted promptly and everything was 5 stars from there. Great location and lots to do nearby. Quiet and clean!

Very nice place, clean and well decorated. We liked that is is centrally located to a lot of activities. We came for a concert at Hard Rock casino and it was only 15mins away. I would recommend and rent again.
