I am local and I needed 4 days very close to my house and to the Beach and not spend too much. This is an excellent opportunity, the prices are affordable. Even if you are from outside Miami, this is perfect!! I was at the beach from 7:00 to 10:30 am and from 7pm to 10:00 pm. The beauty of the sunset was indescribable. Definitely I will book here again, next time.

This place was so cold inside I got sick! And the longer I stayed in the room the worst the cold got! The bathroom has a weird fog over the window and yes we had a balcony but it’s so narrow you couldn’t walk onto it.

The property was in a good location. What I didn't like about was you can't find it. It's up under something totally different. The room good, but the shower had mold and the shower head was broke. Inside the toilet around rim was disgusting. That really needs to be clean. Besides for that everything else was good.
