"I was on the newly renovated side which is the solana side and I loved the amenities which is all the bars and clubs and it was quiet. The negative is the elevators. While checking in it was a long line for the elevators and took forever to get on. It only have two elevators in that tower and the other two was service elevators. For checking out it was impossible to get down and we had to wait at least half an hour and we was on the 43 floor. I spent so much time waiting on elevators and if I needed something from my room I had to debate whether or not it was needed because the time waiting would be long. I liked the hotel other than that but I feel as though I spent way too much time on line for the elevator or on it. "

"Great location. Hotel had very cool vibes, lots of great spots to take photos. Room was perfect for us, really nice layout and had nice upgrades that made it feel more luxurious. At night we went to the rooftop and grabbed a table for a few drinks. They also offer free workout classes in the morning and offered water pitchers that could be refilled. Overall great amenities and would absolutely stay here again."

"Happy hour was awesome. It included music, free wine, fruit and cheese. Another night there was a comedian as entertainment."

"Lobby renovation came out great, wish they would renovate the rooms that are desperately needing. Beds are comfortable, staff are wonderful people. "

"Pool situation for kids was disappointing. Ac in room not working properly. Maintenance came quickly but ac continued to stop working each time. A map of the building would have been helpful. Trip was for soccer tournament and hotel was chosen by team. Would have chosen something else myself. Arcade was decent for the kids though."

"Location was good . Staff had attitude . Definitely didn’t feel welcomed . Also , if you get there early and want to leave your bags to walk around until check in time it’s $5 per bag : I paid for a room with city view and got a side of a building view . When I asked about it they said they gave me an upgrade . Which was basically a couch . They didn’t even explain it to me when I checked in . There was dirty q tips in the living room . The rooms are outdated . Over all not a very comfortable stay but good location . "
