"Great location, near times square. Had a room with two double beds and not much room for anything else. Luggage had to be moved around the room to create walking paths. "

"The elevators were nearly unworkable for a portion of our stay. It seemed that only one elevator was working much of the time, and there were hundreds of kids on some sort of a field trip. That really took away from my satisfaction with the hotel. "

"The property was great and with the exception of two individuals the staff was great. There was one young lady at the gaming up facility whose only interest was her personal calls on her cell phone. She expressed extreme irritation at having to pause her calls to actually do her job and answer simply questions. There was also the hostess at the Burger restaurant, that didnt greet us as she led us to the table and dropped the silver ware on the table without saying a word. The waitress we had was great, she was very professional and attentive, she saved the whole experience. Had it not been for the 2 negative individuals this would have been a five star trip. Everyone other staff member from the front desk to the other mutiple waiters and waitress were top notch. We even met the comedian whose show we attended. He was so personable, and his show was top notch. "
