"Staff was absolutely outstanding from front desk to porters to housekeeping. Great location. Easy walk to Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. Old building but well kept. Could use some updates but it was fine. We were happy with our stay. Bed could be a little softer though. "

"I love this hotel. I’ve been here 3 times and each time I’ve had zero issues. It’s clean - next to everything and the beds are beyond comfortable. Also for being close to if not in times square - zero noise in the hallways and bedroom - maybe the first time in a long time I slept so well in manhattan:) "

"Love the bathtub in the room and love the bed. The shower heat was slightly lower than the tub heat. Perfect place to stay if you want to easily travel all over NYC"
