Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day.
Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay—very professional, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and good quality.
However, there were a few drawbacks. In the breakfast area, the cooking smells tended to stick to clothes, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly and felt warm. Our room also had a limited view, and there was some noticeable noise at times.
Overall, it was a good stay, mainly due to the quality of service and breakfast, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Great atmosphere and a friendly, professional group of staff who were all very knowledgable about the hotel and anything we needed to know for our stay in the Jordaan area. Room was perfect with a view of the canal. Thanks for a perfect, pre-Christmas holiday.

This is a gem! Fantastic value for money as far as I am concerned. Beautiful room, great restaurant menu and on Saturday they have a DJ liven up their cocktail bar. Free parking on sundays, easy parking in the near vincinity. They welcome pets for a reasonable fee and the staff was super welcoming. ...
