Top Middlebury Hotel Reviews
The Mountain Top Inn & Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful relaxed setting. Gorgeous views. Perfect combination of activities vs. simply relaxing. My only complaint was that the restaurant menu was somewhat limiting. It would have been nice to have more varied options and more vegetarian options for lunch vs. dinner"

"Stayed here for two weeknights mid-ish August 2026. Service was really great. Very professional and courteous. The rooms were nice enough. Ours was pretty spacious with a balcony with not much of a view (guess that is what you get for only $400/night). Pretty pricey during summer time. That said, the setting and grounds are spectacular. As they stress, a very traditional NE summer resort. We did not eat there at all and didn't partake of much of the entertainment they had to offer, but my daughters loved the ambiance, the historical buildings, the sunsets, and scenery. While we didn't partake of much of the entertainment, we could see it all around us. Regret is not spending enough time here (we treated it more like a hotel than a resort)."
