"The check-in hostess was very pleasant and the process of getting into our room went very smoothly. My biggest issue is that it was evident the bathroom was not cleaned. The shampoo provided by the hotel was completely out, which wasn't a huge deal, but the toilet had a lot of dark hair on the back of the lid as well as in between the seat and the tank. And there was dry urine on the seat itself. The shower was also dirty, with something black inside the tubs. I'm sure if I had let staff know, it would have been taken care of. But my daughter and I were there for funeral arrangements and I didn't have it in me to say something at the time. Normally the hotel is nice and clean, so I'm not sure what happened. "
"Your best bet....dont stay here. It was bad. Our room keys didnt work 4 times we had to get new ones. The were out of pillows. The toilet was clogged they had us come down to get a plunger.....we hadnt even used it. "
"It was terrible. It was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. No working smoke alarm, filthy tub, water damage to ceiling in several places, blood or something on the wall. The room smelled awful - affected our sinuses. We called Wyndham to send us to a different Wyndham and they couldn’t do it. "
"The room was clean my only comment was if the bed was a queen bed it was very small. Comfortable but two could hardly fit comfortably. The breakfast had plenty of good choices. We didn’t use the pool and the staff was very greeting. "
"Stayed for the weekend for St Patrick's festivities, rooms were clean and renovated. My room was affordable, had a king size bed and a Jacuzzi. Slept like a rock after the festivities and the check in/out times were reasonable. Had an amazing location and unbeatable for the price. Also don't have to go all the way out the building to smoke as the rooms are located on balconies. 10/10 would recommend. "
"When we arrived, no one was at the desk, however there is a bell to ring. The man came over to help check us in, but he was rude. I made the reservation for my boyfriend and I, the whole time the man at the desk was assisting us, he was asking my boyfriend everything about the reservation and tried to ignore me. My boyfriend wasn’t answering him because he didn’t know anything about the reservation and it was in my name anyway. After getting our room and key, we went to our room. The room was nice for what I paid. It was clean, however the mini fridge smelled bad, turns out there was mold in the tray just under the freezer. They should probably handle that before they need to replace the mini fridge. Also, they may wanna check their soaps and lotions for the expiration date. Our lotion was expired, I’m glad I looked before using it. The next day, we traveled outside of town to McLean (about 10 minutes away), where they have an arcade and a pinball arcade. The owner actually let us know he has another arcade that’ll be open in about a month. Overall, it’s a decent deal, the rooms are clean enough, and there’s a Dollar General, Casey’s, and Dairy Queen/Shell all within walking distance of the hotel. Conveniently, they have side doors with passcodes, so if you’re near the end of the hallway it’s so much easier to leave through there. There was also a Roku TV in our room which is much more convenient than cable. "
