"Front desk was excellent from the check in and check out. I felt safe for the kids in the water park. Lifeguard are all alert watching kids running around. Atmosphere was family oriented. Rooms are big enough for the whole family. We are definitely coming back. Summertime must be fun. They can enjoy outdoor activities. "

"Clean room house keeping ladies were and is an amazing staff, nice hotel but key cards didn’t work and checking out girl was terrible front desk deanna I think her name she was inhospitable , she’s rude doesn’t know how to talk to people I guess that’s why she doesn’t answer the phones and noncompliant when we ask about late checkout her answer was no we busy full !!! , the breakfast was terrible, the noise from the highway and the next door slamming the door our room shook I pay one night for a business meeting that was delayed a bit and we asked for a couple more hours and was turned down . I’m glad because we won’t be going back!!"

"Place was very very clean. Staff was unbelievably sweet and nice. The bed was alittle hard but that’s a personal preference. Other than that. The room was immaculately clean had enough amenities in the room. The breakfast was pretty good considering could have been a little better but not bad at all the coffee is amazing. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to this area"

"We booked this hotel somewhat last minute as we were traveling for a baseball tournament. A day before checking in, I called the hotel and spoke to Rachel requesting an early check in, if they were able to accommodate it. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my family and other families traveling with our team had an easy and smooth process. We also requested a late check out, which they had no trouble accommodating. The hotel is clean and in a great location. We had a great experience and will be back! "

"No Valet parking. Room was very nice and very clean. Suite was large and had a great view. But No amenities. No mini bar. No coffee pot. 1 bottle of water. Bedding was average. "
