"Really great stay for a great price. Well suited for Vetta spa and Horseshoe Valley. The rooms are somewhat dated, but very clean and well equipped with everything for self catering. The young women at check in was very friendly and welcoming and maintenance staff kindly offered to turn the fire pit on for us, without us asking. Very appreciated! We found that all the staff were friendly with one exception. Upon check out on the 19th of August the woman working at reception. was extremely rude. My husband entered to return the key cards and was greeted with a shouting โ€œthe coffee is not ready yetโ€. When he explained we simply wanted to check out, she continued her rant โ€œI donโ€™t start the coffee until the beginning of my shiftโ€ฆ.โ€. Perhaps this was and off day for her, but if not she has no business working in customer service. Sad to leave on such a poor note."
