9.6/10 Exceptional! (364 reviews)
Staff was very friendly. The hotel was surprisingly clean, organized, and well equipped. The washer/dryer in the room was nice with the provided laundry detergent. The bathroom and kitchen were clean with all utensils wrapped in plastic bags for cleanliness. I was able to leave my luggage after check out which were locked up by staff. The room was spacious with king size bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

9/10 Wonderful! (5,597 reviews)
"This room was quite small and did not justify the cost. I appreciated the easy access to local spots. However, the absence of staff at the front desk made check-in instructions unclear, and the breakfast was disappointing—especially given the limited selection for a buffet."

8.4/10 Very good! (5,193 reviews)
"The hotel and staff were wonderful. It was impossible to take a shower without water exiting the tub and onto the floor. It created a dangerous and slippery floor. We plan to return next year and will consider staying at the hotel again."
