"We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. "Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane-Eki Higashiguchi Ichibangai was made incredibly memorable thanks to Ms. Uto at the front desk. Although the last check-in time was 12 midnight, she kindly waited for us until 2AM when we arrived late due to unexpected delays — we were originally scheduled to arrive at 11PM. Her patience, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond. Without her, we would’ve had no place to stay that night. We are truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality. Also, the breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for both its service and comfort."
