Big room compared to other hotels in Japan. Little far from train station 9 min walk. The limousine bus sent you directly from Hamada airport to the hotel. There are two laundry rooms, but machines only take 100 yen. Overall, it was nice and good location In ikebukuro. Sunshine city mall is next to the hotel. Many eateries locate inside the mall.

The hotel is overcrowded with tour groups. Facilities are outdated. The restroom at the lobby is one of the worst I have seen, just old and overused. The "panoramic" rooms on the top floor is really not panoramic at all, and the windows are really small. The bathrooms in the rooms are outdated, and the hallways smelled of cigarettes even though it's a nonsmoking facility. Only positive part of the hotel is the staff, which are pretty friendly and courteous.

Hotel conveniently located next/ adjoining the Sunshine City Mall where there are plenty of dining options and restaurants. The hotel has comfortable rooms with laundry room on the six floor with dryers and washing machines ( nominal fee) for hotel guests. There is a 24h convenience Family mart where one can purchase a plethora of different food items which can be heated in the store and numerous baked goods, drinks, snacks and gift items. The hotel staff are polite, efficient and friendly. An easy 10 minute walk to the station/ Metro.

Great location. Great staff. Attached to the Sunshine City Mall you have easy access to shopping and dining. Ikebukuro has lots of arcades and anime shopping so it’s a perfect home base. The airport bus drops off and picks up nearby as well.

I’ve stayed at various hotels located at various areas in Tokyo and this hotel is the most convenient so far. There is an airport limousine bus service to and from the airport. The hotel is connected to a large mall and there is a sheltered connection to the underground metro station, useful for rainy days! It is a fairly short walk to the JR station with loads of restaurants and shops along the way. The room is fairly large for Tokyo standards (20 sqm room) but there was barely enough room to open our luggage (2 nos.) at the same time due to the room layout.
