Great location. Great staff. Attached to the Sunshine City Mall you have easy access to shopping and dining. Ikebukuro has lots of arcades and anime shopping so it’s a perfect home base. The airport bus drops off and picks up nearby as well.

This was the Prime Location!!! A complete mall below the hotel with underground connection to Ikebukuro station. Only a ten minute walk to the train station that has access to all the major parts of Tokyo. We could not have been happier. The room was nice and our view from the 33rd floor was gorgeous. Good shower and tub. Provided our pajamas and fresh linens daily. Even a family mart right next to the elevator. We ate the best ramen of our entire trip only 200m away from the hotel.

Frontdesk staff was Super nice. Although some people at the desk were unaware the hotel had drop off laundry options. The rooms cluld use some sort of AC unit in the room besides the small floor unit. For the amount of money spent i felt like being hot and sweaty in our room at night with no way to open a window was harsh. Great location, part of sunshine city mall and near the Ikebukuro station and Ikebukuro station. Nothingreally starts opening up until about 9 or 10 am Added plus, the cute ikibus stops outside the lobby

There were three of us we booked a room with three beds and we still had a fair amount of space to maneuver around the room. The location is a short walk to the train station and to so many activities and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
