It’s a great hotel to stay at, especially with the shopping center connected to it. There will be so many things to see & do.
The train station is also just 5-7mins away!
The only concern was that since it super popular, the elevators at certain times will be super packed! (Especially the lobby)
On a side note, our room aircon took a long while to get cold.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The location is awesome and the staff at the lobby and at the cafe are very friendly and easy to talk to.
However the wifi is very slow and the air condition isn’t working at all but the hotel provided me a tower fan which is so loud I couldn’t sleep well at night.
I’ll definitely be back again only after they give me a well air conditioned room.
Overall a convenient hotel. Close to some decent restaurants and connected to some decent shopping too. There are some hotels closer to the train station that may be more convenient and have better food and shopping, but this is a decent option too. The Airport Limousine Bus to both HND and NRT stops here on the street in front of the hotel. Booking is done on your own through a QR code that the hotel provides upon request. Luggage service is done by Yamato only through a separate desk in the lobby and has specific hours - so if you plan on sending your luggage early in the morning, plan accordingly. They also don’t offer services through other companies such as Sagawa so we had to walk a couple blocks away to do so. Most services you would expect from a hotel in Japan are available, however it seems to be more outsourced and have to find the right person/desk to talk to rather than the front desk assisting you with everything. Bottom line, decent hotel. Would have no objections or concerns staying again, but might also try other hotels in the area as well.
Hotel is in an excellent loacation with lots to see and do and eat. Plenty of shoping choices in the Sunshine City Mall which it is a part of. Our rooms were a bit small but larger than other places we've stayed. It's in a popular area of Tokyo after all. Staff is great. We definitely would come back here again for our next trip.
The location is great, near a very interesting area but not in the thick of it. It’s connected to a shopping mall and has a 24/7 convenience store on the first floor. It helps to speak a little Japanese with the hotel staff. Once I communicated my needs, they were very helpful. Could be challenging for someone with no Japanese lang proficiency.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Cleaning is messy and the room is dirty.
The coffee cup we used yesterday is still there, and the carpet is full of dust…。
We called the front desk several times to request cleaning.
Customer service was good. Staff were helpful.
Beautiful maintained property. Helpful staff. Clean and fresh. Really enjoyed my stay for 2 weeks. Value for money. Transport 10 minutes walk away. Shopping centre connected to hotel. Highly recommended this hotel for others.
