"This was THE WORST experience that I have ever had staying at a hotel…the pictures and reviews online have to be AI generated because it was not clean. The hallway smelled like mildew and they had fans trying to dry it up, the elevator smelled like weed, there was mold on the wall near the door, there were crumbs on the nightstand by the bed, the bathroom was sloppily cleaned, there was stuff floating in the pool…this place is a literal dump!! We stayed here for my son’s basketball tournament and it was a nightmare. The only thing I have to say good is that the staff refunded our second night without question. Obviously, they are aware of the conditions of this place. And the parking is also a joke. You have to pay to park, but you can only go in. If you go back out and then come back and there’s no spots left you have to park across the street which is then double what you’re paying in the first place! I slept on top of the sheets with my coat on because we got there at 10 at night and needed a place to sleep. This place needs a buyer beware sign on the front!"

"Its not a full breakfast. they have eggs patties, sausage patties, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, apple and orange juice, coffee, water milk, cereal, small pastries. I was a bit disappoint with it that and not an actual breakfast liked pictured. The parking lot is small and open. But the spot are small. Staff was barely seen at all. The halls smells heavy of smoke. the room lighting was dim. some lights didn't work at all. but the room did its job. was there for us to rest after celebrating our elopment. the people that hangs around doesn't sit there all day. they don't bother you at all. The 7-11 across the street closes at 10pm. The dispenercy on st. James places is the SPOT! yu wont be disappointed. this hotel could use a face lift and maybe it will have better reviews."
