"Was very nice, clean, parking lot security, breakfast was great. Only problem was when young punks were running around between 9 to 11 pm banging on the doors and running off to another floor. Tried to call front office many times no answer?"

"Very friendly and helpful staff all over hotel and spa. Main restaurant great. Bar restaurant/pub very casual. Despite hotel claiming to be smoke free, there were smokers and vapers on patios and even in the pool. Indoor pool way hot in the room like a sauna. Outdoor pool very nice. Spa excellent! My wife had best massage (80 min) of her life. We would go back again with pleasure. Easy on and off hiway too."

"Very nice hotel, lots of resturants in walking distance. A 30 minutes drive from the zoo and a 15 minute drive from the science center. "

"Our stay started with a calamity in that a man in the next room began shouting at a woman on the phone -- and kept on going. He was very loud. We asked for a new room and got it quickly. The staff was excellent in helping us with that. The breakfast was excellent, featuring scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and waffles (and more). All carpets had been or were being cleaned (the carpet was even still damp). One suggestion for the hotel: The tiny shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were hard to squeeze out -- perhaps a different type of bottle is in order? "
