This did not feel like a four-star hotel. The property looked old and poorly maintained, and the walls and carpets appeared very dirty. My room had an unpleasant smell, which staff acknowledged, but I was told a replacement would only be available around 7 p.m.
While I was there, a person who appeared intoxicated was harassing staff, which made me uncomfortable. When I raised my concern, I was told, “It is Munich,” and that there was a psychiatric hospital nearby. I found that response dismissive and far from reassuring.
The overall atmosphere felt more like basic accommodation than the four-star experience advertised. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel, adding expense and stress to my trip. I would not stay here again.

The lady in the front desk wasn't friendly, she talks very loud and banging the door. Very rough and tough lady. Doesn't deserve to stay in the front desk.

Terrible location. Neighborhood is very bad. As a tourist walking back to the hotel from the old city after dinner at night you feel very unsafe.

"Very nice room, wonderful view, Pleasant and helpful staff (especially Holly and Julian), delicious breakfast. Poor WiFi in our room but good in central areas. A light blanket or throw would be helpful for the warm nights ( instead of the thicker down quilts)"
