"Hotel was overall good. It passes as a five star, may be one in turkey but not so much in North America so attention to that is important to manage your expectations. Hotel itself is extremely expensive when it comes to meals and drinks even for North American standards. The cleaning staff were very helpful, making the rooms clean on a daily and very promptly. Restaurant staff left a lot to desire as was very hard to order food and order drinks. And this was a general result of the weight staff at all restaurants on premise. The spa is extremely nice. And the gym is really big and useful. They also have free classes for yoga. One thing though is that you do feel very safe coming into this hotel as they have a security checkpoint and metal detectors for anybody that walks into the hotel premise. The hotel is in the street that is kind of small so if you have to leave the hotel for meetings or events, plan ahead as it may take a little bit of time to get a bigger taxi. Smaller taxis which they call yellow taxis are relatively fast as they have a taxi station just outside the hotel."

One reason we picked (we were 10 people with 5 rooms) this hotel was the Swimming pool and was closed and was Disappointing). Hotel should have compensated us for no pool availability. The weather was vey good and Summer still was not finished. The pool should have stayed open for more days. Staff were excellent specially Mr. YUNUS AND HIS STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. Thanks Thx."

"For a family of three, the Deluxe Room with a king bed and a twin bed was spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the room is definitely not soundproof, and conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway can be quite annoying. The breakfast is not continental, but the variety is acceptable. The gym is definitely a highlight. The staff, particularly at the reception desk, are not very professional, which made both check-in and check-out more of a headache than they should have been. One important issue: if you use a credit card for the deposit, they don’t simply place a hold and release it later. Instead, they charge the amount and then refund it, which can result in exchange-rate differences and an unnecessary loss of money. Overall, considering the price, I would say the hotel is worth the money you pay."

Between the prime location, pristine facilities, and world-class service, Mövenpick exceeded all my expectations. "Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, Very beautiful hotel, Had a few issues upon arrival but was sorted after speaking to the right people The room was so beautiful, carefully designed loved every second of my time in there, The staff are genuinely helpful and warm. The breakfast was okay, I think it’s more suited to the Turkish/ Middle Eastern taste pallet as opposed to the western if you’re after bacon sausages beans etc don’t expect it haha Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked absolutely beautiful due to skin issues I couldn’t but ’m sure it would have taken my experience up a notch! Very close to the metro so handy in that regard, there’s also a local mall 10 minutes walk that has a lot of shops and if you’re feeling for a Burger King McDonald’s or subway and a 13 minute walk from the tram which takes you to all the hotspots! Overall would I visit again? Potentially yes!"
