Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! The hotel was so nice and elegant- the roof top car was exceptional. The room was clean, nice and even came with slippers! The staff at the front desk was superb!

Rosa Grand Milano - Starhotels Collezione
The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired.
