We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice little balcony overlooking the marina. We found food within walking distance and the morning breakfast was satisfying.

Great hotel...very helpful staff, and friendly. Spotlessly clean, and good quality bed. Tasty breakfast served in lovely terrace, with outdoor area. Superb location for the port and the town. Highly recommended.

This is a B&B not a hotel. So self check in. Info on access to the room should have been sent earlier. I had to ask for it by phone while waiting at the front door. Info was sent in WhatsApp. You really just need the door code (same for all doors), so ask for it

Très belle chambre …très bon lit …vue sur la mer . En revanche la climatisation est réglé trop fort …le café mis à dispo dans la chambre est payant et surtout la porte du parking étant casée on nous a dit de nous garer en zone bleue sans préciser que toutes les zones bleues ne sont pas les mêmes …ce qui a fini par une amende de 40€ ! Cher la nuit d hôtel

Appartamento bellissimo, arredato con gran gusto e con una vista spettacolare. Comodo al centro e proprio davanti all’imbarco dei traghetti, attenzione solo che in alta stagione ci sarà molto rumore.. già adesso non era silenziosissimo ma grazie ai tappi non ho avuto problemi. Dimenticavo, anche la colazione merita!!

This very modern hotel is in a superb position for anyone travelling to the Aeolian islands. Everything works well. The rooms, beds, lighting and showers are all of very high quality. The buffet breakfast is served in a bright room with panoramic terraces. They ran out of croissants just before I arrived but there was a delicious homemade almond cake as compensation. Gloria made our whole checkin process really pleasant, including kindly arranging a taxi to collect us from Milazzo rail station. Thank you Gloria!
