"The stay was good. Rough start due to noise, you can hear everything in the hallways and roof, especially if you are a light sleeper. Top shower head had a little bit of mold, but there was an additional shower head that was clean. The B&B rooms and the main premises were very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. This is a very affordable and safe place to stay."

"Very accommodating. Stefano allowed early check-in and he was so kind to drive us to the Milazzo train station. The place is easy to find and Stefano is easy to contact by phone or WhatsApp. Kitchen is stocked with treats, coffee, tea, milk, bread, jams. He has a beautiful patio. Under a lemon tree and he allowed us to take some lemons home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the house."

"I don't know if we missed it in the hotel description, but it was a weird check-in process and the hotel is not a 'real' hotel, it's just rooms in an apartment building, so there's no hotel staff. There's also no breakfast room, you have to go to a nearby bar to get breakfast (which consists of only one cornetto and a beverage). The room itself was nice and clean, very spacious. Comfy bed."

"We did a one night stop driving in and parking is at a premium on the street. Very high quality as new condition place with some English but not much. Be carefully when booking the rooms they have 4 and it looked like some are shared bathroom ,the one we had appeared private but could be accessed from the shared breakfast area . Happy to stay again as long as we are fit enough to climb stairs off the street to the rooms."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Donna Rosa Hotel provided the best customer service we experienced anywhere in Italy and Sicily. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and assisted us with everything we needed. They helped arrange a boat trip, assisted with laundry and luggage, and took the time to explain local customs and recommend wonderful places to visit. Their personal attention and genuine hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. If you are looking for a place where people truly care about your experience, I highly recommend Donna Rosa Hotel. We would gladly stay here again and thank the entire team for making our trip so memorable."
