The breakfast was excellent and the staff are amazing. The hotel could use some updates and the hot tub was being worked on and not available. That was disappointing.

The staff was fabulous! So friendly and helpful. We talked to other people that stayed there often because they felt like they were coming home to the nice staff. We loved that soup and coffee was available around the clock.

No hot tub
It was very disappointing to discover the hot tub was empty/dismantled when we arrived suited up in the pool area. Had I known it was not funcional I would have chosen another hotel.

Staff was fabulous. Room was clean. No elevator so carrying bags was a lot up the stairs. Breakfast was good. Didn’t realize there were two properties across the street. Would have preferred to stay at the other one as I prefer a king bed

I was very disappointed in the room. I felt that we had paid a lot for a room that we had not received. It was dated and almost shabby. My next night in another hotel,in another state,was less expensive,beautifully decorated,larger, and more comfortable.

All the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and better than most places - breakfast casserole, decent sausage, yogurt bar, fresh fruit. Rooms were average but very clean and well kept. Lots of parking and easy to find. They also offered soup in the lobby as well as cold bottled water.

Best hotel with pool in Miles City
I go for low cost when booking a hotel, because with my large family, we need two rooms. This is the best hotel we've ever booked! And the front desk clerk was as friendly as could be!

The staff at the Miles City Hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful. I needed something printed and Lori at the front desk went out of her way to see it was done. Even the housekeeping staff was extra nice. The room was quiet even though it faced the highway. Their bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was just okay, and overall it is your basic American motel. Yet their personnel made us feel welcome.
