"Our room had not been swept, dusted, or bathroom cleaned. There was crumbs everywhere, furniture was dusty, and mirror in bathroom was not clean and very little toilet paper. We went down to tell front desk and was told the person in charge of house cleaning had walked out and the maids did not have accountability. My husband joked about he would sweep and the desk told him they would leave a sweeper in the hall. Next day after we returned we had new towels but floor still not swept and mirror not cleaned in bathroom and we had to ask desk for toilet paper. I will not stay here again."

"I came as a solo traveler to the Savannah Inn suites with my foster dog. I was doing an adoption in the area. If you have a motorcycle, you must stay in this area. I guess it has some of the prettiest riding trails. Although I did not come for that purpose, the Eria is really pretty and visiting. The Palisades State Park is a must. The property was lovely, it was quiet, clean. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was surprisingly good with some nice variety. It’s a quieter town and there are a couple fun restaurants and bars in the area. It’s my understanding they’re very popular. Overall, this is really a pleasant.. I highly recommend"

"Very good dinner food & drinks. Activities were not open yet (we went before Memorial Day). They had a running/marathon event going on & even with all the people it did not feel crowded!"

"Changed room twice. 1st due to a beeping smoke alarm. 2nd due to a non working toilet. 3rd room had an air conditioning problem, but we stayed in it anyways."

"The room was clean and well stocked with towels, shower items, coffee, generous size fridge. Not enough parking on property but parking lot across the street worked. Breakfast was plentiful."

"The room was clean but they could update the pillows. Too saoft and lumpy. The chairs in the room are not comfortable; very hard. Breakfast was okay, typical hotel breakfast. The bartenders were great in the pub, live music was good. "
