"For a budget hotel it was really good. Basic but has everything you need for a quick one night stop. "

"Arriving at hotel outside looked a bit worn. But when i entered the hotel i could see it was under a refurbishment, this did not affect my stay, as the rooms were great, large bed, tv very clean bathroom. I would definatly stay again"

"Good value for money and ideal location for what we wanted. Staff excellent and very helpful and polite. Pub was good for watching sport and food excellent too "

"Staff, service and food were excellent. Exactly when you'd come to expect from a Holiday Inn. Sadly however the room looked tired and in need of some much needed TLC with a distinct lack of beside plugs and although the room was at far end of the building and away from general foot traffic it was right above the air handling units and plant so was noisey at night. The pool and locker rooms werent much better. The locker room was dirty (however, it was late in the day) and there was a nasty smell and the pool generally needed a refresh. All in all.though if you just need a base for a few days close to the motorway and Meadowhall with good food then this is worth a look. "
