"The room was great - clean and spacious. The bed, pillows and water pressure were terrific. My only negative comment about this hotel is regarding breakfast. They were understaffed, and the people they did have seemed confused as to what the routine entailed, as if possibly undergoing a change in policy. However, even given our long wait for food and confusion on our order, I would still stay here again because the hotel is very nice."

"We stayed two nights. Check-in was very friendly and easy. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows were good having the couch was wonderful. Breakfast was good and a good variety. They have a small bar with a little menu of food, which I would recommend either chicken sandwich and wings along with their strawberry shortcake. All the staff we ran into were pleasant, inviting and delightful."

"The history of the building is unique and eclectic. It was fun to stay in a piece of history in Dt Spokane."

"PROS: This place has a great location with access to Riverfront Park trails. Front Desk was awesome in helping us when we were delayed a whole day. CONS: I would suggest to pick the view you want because there are some that look into the other buildings. Also- maid service ended up being sporadic."
