"I stayed for a few days, bed linen/towels were never changed, the room was never cleaned, only the bin was cleared when full. There is no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee as and when. The room does not have a fan as advertised. There is no TV in the room. There is no English breakfast or anything close to it."

"We stayed in the apartment part of the hotel, which was a long walk from the hotel itself along long corridors. Reception was poor on arrival, no WiFi connection in the apartment only in the hotel bar. A bit sad and improved cleaning of patio would help"

There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. And then, there's the beach and the views of a brooding Table Mountain, the light show of downtown and the parade of steamers twinking off shore, a neat and tidy kitchen, two bedroons, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and...

"They demand a deposit but fail to pay it back on time, then u finally get it after 3 weeks. They will treat you like a fool telling you their refunds are done overseas of which they don't tell on the check in that you have to call them everyday to fight for your money."
