"The hotel was so clean. The lady at reception went above and beyond to help us with tax’s etc. The breakfast was excellent and the chef at the hot food station checked to see if everything was ok and was very attentive. Would recommend stay here. "

"The staff make the Bell - we were warmly welcomed on checking in, and bar/restaurant service was friendly and efficient too. The room and dinner were both good value and good quality. We’ll look out for Greene King inns on future trips, as this was a very good and enjoyable experience all round. "

"The toilet put water on the floor if you didn't put seat down fast enough and the shower put water on the floor because I couldn't move it. The bathroom door was an odd colour and just looked a mess with paint allover the door frame, like not finished"
