"I had an amazing view of the castle. The location was good. You are footsteps away from castle and many buses go to the train station from this location which is good for day trips like to Nachi Falls. "
"Clean, larger than normal room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast--Japanese and western items. Close to Tokushima station--less than 5-minutes walk. May be awkward with large luggage. There are a lot of stairs, up and over the street, but look for the elevators/escalators to get you across--a bit hard to see the first time, but once you know, you know."
"The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday. "
"This is a completely new facility in an old warehouse district of Sakate on Shodoshima. Right on the water, the views from the hotel are stunning.
The staff is courteous, helpful, and professional.
The rooms are spacious, with sitting areas and balconies, but also a bit quirky in design.
We had one dinner at the hotel and two breakfasts. The food was excellent--and reasonably priced.
I would happily return to this hotel, given the opportunity."
