"The heater and phone wasn’t working correctly so we changed rooms. In my opinion the staff should have brought me keys to the new room and offered to help change rooms. I was asked to come get them. The new room the TV wasn’t working and the hostess came to trouble shoot to get it successfully working. She was pleasant"

"We didn’t realize there was no elevator but it was in accessibility info, but I just never looked at that. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good."
