"Wonderful hotel in Pattaya. It has all the basic amenities and more. The front desk was very very helpful. Bambyi and Kimmy we’re extremely wonderful and I’m so happy that Holiday Inn express hired two wonderful employees like them. They always give you service with a smile. The hotel staff was wonderful. My cleaning staff was extremely patient and friendly. Every day I came back to a very clean room. The hotel always smells very very nice. They’re wonderful food and restaurants nearby. I truly enjoy enjoying my stay over here. And I will definitely come back and stay here again. I’m sure if you give this hotel a chance you will definitely enjoy it."

"The executive club room was an excellent choice. Gorgeous room and view. The pool has the best view ever but unfortunately we didn’t use it because it was too cold. It doesn’t get much sun in December. It would probably be great in April when it’s really hot. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Special mention to Jet on the welcome desk. He was always so happy and helpful and goes out of his way to assist. Also a shout out to Ploy who looked after us everyday in the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea. The Hilton are very lucky to have these two staff members on their team. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, food, rooftop view and definitely the staff."
