Staff was very friendly and helpful, including pointing out where they had plates and silverware available for the food we had delivered. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is fabulous, and the water temperature of the pool is pleasantly warm. The hot tub is excellent, being slightly separated from the pool area itself for a nice private feeling. I have stayed in many hotels in the twin cities area, and this is easily one of my favorites now.

I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room. The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist. She was kind to my dogs. One night the tables in the pool area were all taken. I asked her to accommodate us. She pulled out tables and chairs for us to sit outside the pool area. My son broke his glasses in the pool, she did her best to help fix them. The restaurant and bar were nice too. Food was cooked to order and the breakfast buffet wasn’t bad. A nice variety and I like that it wasn’t continental breakfast.

Spotless room and nice staff. Beds were comfy and hotel had nice updates. Two reasons it didn't get a 5 star. The advertised breakfast buffet in attached restaurant was a Continental that you had to pay for. And it was so bad that we the the food away and went hungry. The other thing was blankets were very light and thin. I would stay here again. I would just bring my own blanket and eat elsewhere.

We WILL stay here again!

This place was spotless! Confy bed, and very quiet. We could not hear our neighbors at all or I35 traffic, which was only a block away.
