The VIP lounge and the convenience of being connected to the mall was fabulous! It would have been nice to have access to the pool but it was under maintenance at the time of our visit.

Makeup wipes in the bathroom would have been nice! Also the blankets literally felt like plastic and was so loud. Very great experience though!
