Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
Was not informed about the pool being out of commission until the second day of our stay. This would have been nice to know prior to booking or checking in to the hotel that the pool was closed. Pretty bummed for my daughter being that she loves to swim.
