"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "This was a good hotel for me and my family. Location was good and they had a free shuttle back to the center of town and bus station. I really appreciated the washing machines and that the front desk staff spoke passable English. I really don't like the self check in machines the hotels use in Japan and this hotel was no exception. I can't speak to the breakfast since we left too early in the morning to enjoy it. Overall it was a good stay and very affordable, especially since I needed 4 rooms."

"We stayed here to go to Fuji Q for the day. The hotel room was huge. We had a family room with four beds and a mountain view. We saw Mt Fuji both mornings so that alone was worth staying out near Fuji. The dinner buffet was very expensive but good. The breakfast buffet had very very few Western options. Sadly the Onsen was closed. They offered us one 30 minutes away. But we didn’t want to go through that hassle. Overall the employees are nice and the room was our largest in Japan by far!"
