Cool concept. True glamping as you cook/prepare your food but in a kitchen/grill atmosphere. The dome sleeping was cozy. Had air conditioning or heat as needed. Plenty of space. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor bathroom. Outdoor balcony had both hot and cool soak tubs plus a domed steam sauna. Amenities provided. Shuttle service from bus stop or train if requested. Ensure you contact them ahead of time as they have to plan your arrival. Otherwise take a taxi. Ensure translator app if you don’t speak Japanese. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend for something different than a hotel and unique experience. For the area, suggest a car rental if driving suits you as easier to site see around the lake and beyond, although there are bus routes to take as well -get on and off type. We used taxi for part of our day and the driver ended up becoming our personal driver for several stops. That also was unexpected and fun.

This is a great experience and a fabulous view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast and Dinner included and if not enough there is a huge supermarket just nearby. Only comment is instead of on request, i suggest directly providing bath robe in each room.

We had arranged for pickup from the station but there was miscommunication and we had to take a taxi. The amenities are amazing, however, we all fell sick after we ate the food at the resort.

Incredible experience. Staff members are excellent, anticipating all needs, and ensured a comfortable stay with clear communication. They confidently used translation tools to communicate. Everything is laid out for you to use, in the tent, bathroom, campfire and kitchens (dinner and breakfast to grill). Private space and really cozy. The weather was bad so we couldn’t see Fuji-san for most of our visit but the property was well worth it no matter what. The mountain came out the say hello in the morning - a clear view from the property. Just. Wow. Book this. You will not regret it. (Group of 3 women, mom and two daughters. Mom is almost 80. Super comfortable and mostly accessible). Oh! And the private spa area! Hot tub, cold tub and sauna. Perfection!

Amazing luxury comfy glamping experience

My first time doing glamping. After a number of researches, I chose this place and I believe I made a good choice. It is so well-thought through in the setting and arrangement for our best comfy stay. The dome is clean, warm and comfy with northern light colour setting at night. Its music speaker easily connected to our iPhone to play relaxing music. Sitting in the rotary reclining chairs, looking at the starry night, waking up to see the amazing Mount Fuji, all these are unforgettable moments. The bonfire outside with rainbow colour was so fun even it is cold in January. They are thoughtful to provide warm shoes, blankets to keep us warm. Marshmallow, yam potatoes and other accessories can be ordered to deliver to your unit before 10pm. Each unit is very big with the dining room / bathroom and onsen / sleeping dome and open area, all privately divided and quiet to let you connect with the nature and enjoy the provided facilities and services. The bathing onsen set up is spacious, nicely equipped with towels, aroma oil for the sauna. The kitchen has all the modern equipment, fridge is all filled with delicious food and drink, dinner and breakfast well organized and labeled for your handy use. Simply put to oven or blender to prepare for eating. Meals have great ingredients with meat, seafood and veggies. Overall, it is such a nice experience and we feel like one night is not enough for all these great experiences. Would come again and stay for two nights next time!

まずプライベート空間がしっかり確保されていて、家族３人の時間を満喫することができました。 スタッフの方々の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 お肉は量が多くて食べきれないかもって思いましたが、とても美味しくて平らげました。残念だったのが、ミネストローネは味が薄くて残してしまいました。もう少し煮詰めれば良かったのかもしれません。 サウナと温泉ももちろん良かったですが、特に焚き火が楽しかったです。スペースも広く、のんびりと寛ぐ事ができました。 雨も降り雷も光りましたが、テントからみるその景色は自然を感じることが出来ました。 綺麗な富士山を眺めながら、贅沢な滞在時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

彼氏の誕生日旅行で利用しました。 施設に着くまで暗くて細い道を進み、本当にここにあるのかと思いましたが、明かりが見えた瞬間かなり感動しました。 SNSなどで沢山の写真や動画を見てきましたが、実際に見てみたらとても綺麗でお部屋も充実しており、大満足のグランピングになりました。 朝起きてカーテンを開けた瞬間の富士山はもう言葉に表せないくらい最高でした！ これからもまた記念日などで利用する際は是非よろしくお願いします！！ ありがとうございました！
