Breathtaking views of Mount Fuji right from the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the two onsens were a great experience. Free parking made everything very convenient. Overall a wonderful stay.

Staff is nice , however The tatami bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also had to set up the bedding ourselves, which was inconvenient. The room was very cold and there was no proper heating provided, which made the stay less comfortable, especially ...

Sent me the wrong pw, took my whole family an hour outside the premise without help under adverse weather conditions. The tablet was not working , poor connection.
