"Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!"

"Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend!
