"Beautiful place, great food and classy top notch. The best of all the staff at the front desk Yaminsha a caring gentleman that helped us with translating for transport from to train. I am very appreciative of his help. Good people are hard to find and there are plenty in this hotel. More than grateful.

"This property was the best Ryoken hotel I've ever stayed at! The manager helped us get to Kawaguchiko station to start our hike on Mt.Fuji and provided us breakfast to go ❤️! "The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. I don’t speak Japanese and had never been to Japan. They helped me navigate the train system in Japan and get me to the nearest station and had a driver come pick me up. I went to Japan to see the Super GT Rd. 2 at Fuji Speedway. They helped me get taxis to and from the track for the race and qualifying days. That really set them apart. Never did they not answer my question. I had a lot. I owe my always trip to Japan being such a good experience to them! I recommend this 10/10! A nice small Japan house for an average family. At a good price! "
