"Slight hiccup initially of getting a room with car park view instead of a lake view room which I had booked and paid for in advance. But they changed the room on the second day of my stay (I stayed there for 3 nights in total). Food is good and the onsen was nice too . "100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "

"This was an amazing place to stay. We were only here for a night, but it was the most relaxing stay ever. The private onsen was amazing and there were so many special touches like matching pajamas, a goodie bag and breakfast included. We left very early so the staff gave us our breakfast the night before in a packed lunch and it was so lovely. We also got a massage and it was incredible. Staff were so kind and lovely. "When I arrived, I had lost my JR Rail Pass in Tokyo. The hotel clerks called Tokyo and was able to locate it. I don’t think I could have done it because of my poor Japanese language. This was a miracle and I truly appreciate their efforts and patience."
