We truly enjoyed our stay here and would come back. The appliances in the room were a little outdated, so you have to remember how to go old school when using them, but other that - was a beautiful view from the room. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We will be back.

The property was not busy at all on a Tuesday in April, but we were put in a room closest to the road (Hwy #51) which had traffic on it all night long - very very poor placement with so many rooms open.

Hi Mary, Thank you fornyour review. The property being busy or not would have had nothing to do with where your room was as you chose our kwast expensive room, the Studio, which are ONLY located in that area. There is a description of the location of the rooms on Expedia. If you would have contacted the front desk and let someone know we would have been more than happy to help you contact Expedia to get your room type changed to a one bedroom Condo which does not overlook the highway. Unfortunately we are unable to just move people to different room types, that needs to be done through the booking agent you made it through. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay and would encourage you to try one of our One bedroom condos.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The room was really nice, had a hot tub in the room, which we enjoyed immensely. The staff for check in and check out were friendly and helpful. We stayed during the winter, but it looked like they had a really nice area to hang out by the lake.

This is such a great little hidden gem!! Clean and comfortable, even in the 'off season' and in a winter storm. Our room was quiet and very spacius. We will definitely come back!

The two bedroom condo had a perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The views were beautiful. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen area and table were very useful. The fireplace worked well. The bathroom Jacuzzi tub is wonderful. The property's pool and hot tub were maintained well. The deck was very nice. Breakfast is decent with waffles, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. The only minor issues encountered were that the dishwasher detergent cap was broken so we couldnt run it; and hot water for sinks and showers takes an extended amount of time before becoming remotely warm. It will get hot, it just takes approx 2 mins. The property is quiet and in a great setting. If the weather had been a bit warmer we would have definitely utilized the fire pits, picnic tables, and kayak rentals. We look forward to coming back in summer months.

Great location located in Minocqua. The views were amazing, the staff friendly and the ameneties were a nice bonus. The only thing we had issue we had were the beds weren't the most comfortable but overall we would stay againg.

My husband and I stayed at the point hotel but it should be more classified as a motel. Upon arriving we were told to locate our building number and go down 3 flights of stairs, no elevator and if we wanted breakfast were to bring the trays provided in our room and go back up the 3 flights of stairs, across the parking lot and back into the office where there would be breakfast to take back to our room. The breakfast consisted of plastic wrapped muffins, one serving cereal boxes and milk-not really a continental breakfast. The room was small and despite having a basement feel it seemed cozy with kitchen and door wall that looked out on the lake. The bed was very soft but the linens were scratchy and the pillows were oddly flat. We had several people walking past our patio door which was a little odd. The breaker blew when I tried to use my hair dryer but since there was an electrical box in our room that was taken care of quickly. I read on the policy card that the hot water might be little colder in the morning and we should limit our shower time but taking a shower at night was not problem. The place was quiet but Saturday it seemed like there were a lot of traffic on the stairs - which we were right next to- and above us. Thankfully the loud air conditioner helped. I don't think we would stay here again 2 stars

We stayed in a one bedroom suite, it was perfect for our girls weekend. We didn’t use any amenities. The grab and go breakfast was very minimal. The front desk staff when we checked in was very friendly and helpful

This place was adorable! The bedding was bear themed and was so cute! The whole apartment look was cute, there was a fireplace in the room. and we got a room that over looked the lake! Cant wait to try this place in the summer time!

This was such a nice stay. The staff was so friendly on check in. The pool and hot tub had was too much chlorine, but that’s minor. The room was clean, spacious, and so cozy. We will be back

I appreciated the quiet. However I have a Left knee injury and am handicap due to it, as well as asthma. I was placed in basement/ ground level which required 2 flights of stairs down. I had to use patio to exit room and be picked up on US - 51 highway, felt as if I was homeless. As it was easier to come and go from room..this was also only way to get to continental breakfast which can’t be eaten in breakfast area and had to be brought back to the room per their set up.

WE do apologize that you were put in our lower level rooms, however, the style of room that you chose are only in that area and the rooms that were more accessible were already taken and checked in. Unfortunately, when making reservations through these sites we are unable to change your room style at the hotel, it has to go through whoever you booked the reservation through. Because we do offer all lake views with patios and balconies (at least in warmer weather) people enjoy taking their food back to their rooms and enjoying that, rather than sitting in a room with four walls. We are sorry for that inconvenience for you! We hope that you will come agan and enjoy one of our condos, that are not along the highway and all elevator accessible.

It wasn't great at all. There was crumbs and hair in the bed the bath tub wouldn't get warm enough and the best was so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping on the pull out couch . It was so old and smelly there and the upfront desk lady was sooooooo RUDE

We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, we were never told about the complaints that you had about the cleanliness of the room so we were unable to remedy the situation for you. We got new beds a year ago, and are a medium firm as to try and make the majority of guests comfortable, unfortunately we cannot ensure that everyone likes the same firmness or softness of the bed.
