Premier Hotel Cabin Minsk

"My king size room was huge. High ceilings.Huge windows. Good size bathroom. The tub was long/deep & can feet 2 people. There was a toothbrush, razor, shaving cream , shampoo, body lotion, fan etc in the room. Breakfast was worth the cost. I booked a facial /cleaning in the spa area. It was also a very helpful affordable service. When next time in Minsk I will stay at this hotel. "

"Excellent location, helpful, polite and friendly reception staff, particularly Zhanna. She upgraded us to a much more spacious business room the next day after we arrived. On the other hand, their pool was closed for technical reasons. Also, we didnt like it that rooms were cleaned late in the afternoon after we came back to rest from days activities."

"My first stay in Minsk, the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes from central bus and railway station. It’s also across the big mall with nice food court. Hôtel staff was very friendly and helpful got me a portable heater since the room was cold as central heating was off in spring season. Overall was nice. Rooms aren’t as well soundproofed.. so you can hear people in the hallway.."

"Excellent place to stay. Its in the Heart of Minsk and walking distance from most of the attractions. Restaurants , malls , cafes all walking by distance even its in the same building as the British embassy"

"Just finished a solo trip to Minsk a week ago, and I would strongly recommend BonHotel for tourists seeking a budget-friendly yet comfortable place or needing assistance with tourist visa application. Out of the many hotels in Minsk I contacted, BonHotel is the only one which had actively responded to my request for an official hotel reservation letter. The hotel does not directly assist with visa application (nor do other hotels), but they responded very promptly when I asked for the document upon payment via Hotels.com, which is needed to apply for the visa. The payment was even refundable until just the day before the check-in date, bringing further assurance for its guests. The check-in procedure was very smooth. The staff understand English well and are always ready to assist 24/7. The room I stayed in was very clean and cosy, with an amazing view from the window. One extra thing the hotel did was that it provided me with another stamped letter indicating my stay during my trip for free before check-out, which I could use at the airport customs as proof of accommodation. Overall, the hospitality and high-quality services of the hotel are beyond satisfactory, with great proximity to both a metro station and a bus stop. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in exploring the beautiful city of Minsk, especially those unsure of which hotel they may ask for a confirmation document necessary for visa application. "Our stay at The Basilian was truly astonishing and exactly what we needed. After a lackluster experience with Hilton in New York, this property completely brought us back to the brand. The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it for one morning. Aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay!"
