"I was very disappointed to see messages and learning about being charged for valet that I knew nothing about prior to the booking and did not use the day before check in to the Expedia account. I was not told on the property that I would be charged for valet. The workers made me go out of the circle when I said I did not know we had to pay and guided me across the street to the public (janky) lot. I had to cross the street with hands full of luggage and children! This is unacceptable. We did not have covers for the extra bed, only one small bar of soap in one bathroom, no Kleenex, and one tiny trash can in the front room! Lobby was in very good condition but the room seemed dated with a horrible view of the disgusting rooftop. First and last time! "

"One of the two elevators was out of service, making it nearly impossible to make it from our 11th floor room to the lobby in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was fine but would consistently be out of major items like eggs or oatmeal for long periods of time"

"Great stay. Live in Atlanta but book this hotel during concert at State Farm Arena. Was convenient to the venue. Good interaction with staff, would definitely stay again the next time I need a place in the downtown area."
