"Room was excellent but hall carpet, on the way to room, made me want to run the other way. I believe (hope) this is a work in progress as the rest of the property was very nice. Only other complaint would be location as there were no options for eating other than the on-site restaurant and the food was substandard, at best. "The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean. The staff on the other hand were not the best. I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”. That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done. A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude."
