The staff were absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond in answering questions and offering suggestions given the uncertainty surrounding the area. We stayed on two separate nights and the staff helped us with boxed breakfast at no additional charge. Very thankful to the staff for making our stay comfortable."

"What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of. The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers. Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. It's super convenient to be so close, but be aware at this altitude the climb can go slowly!"
