"This was our 2nd time at this property. The first time was better. Bathroom towels look kind of 'old' and grayish. Don't know if the beddings are changed when new guests arrive. "

"I discovered this hotel thanks to the positive reviews and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive—even with my dietary restrictions, I found plenty of delicious options. The staff stood out for their genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service; I’d give them more than five stars if possible! From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms. Outstanding service all around—thank you!"
