"After having a horrible experience about three hours north of this location, we decided to forgo our last night there and head south to Kansas City. We were able to get a room at Orangewood suites near the Kansas City airport. We were very very pleased from the moment we walked in the door. Everything went smoothly, the room was immaculate. The restroom was immaculate as well. We needed to store our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as checkout time was 11 AM and our plane did not leave until that evening. They took a great care of our luggage and while the shuttle driver was not very talkative, he did exactly what was needed and got us to our location safely. I would recommend this hotel every time."

"Love the Embassy Suits, The two room layout is very comfortable. The breakfast is the best in the business, full buffet and cook to order eggs, pancakes and omits. I never make happy hour but they even give you free drinks and snacks. This is a great hotel."

"I loved my stay at ameristar kc. Only issues were they were not able to see my reservstion on gheir end. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was. No doubt I will be back.when I am in kansas city "
