"Staff were excellent Bed was great My bathroom was filthy- drain was clogged and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very very long time Front desk said it would be cleaned - bathtub was so dirty - never got cleaned Front desk gave me a managers number to contact - 3 days with a horrible bathroom"

"Great bed. Great pillows. This was fifth straight hotel in a lengthy vacation including European travel, and the sleep was fantastic; best of the 5. Also coffee available in the lobby area all day for guests, as well as cold lemon water. Great location too, for ease of shuttle commute to Pearson. Great breakfast to boot. Quiet hotel too! Loved that. I’m quite a fussy old goat and I have nothing negative to say. Frankly, this was like staying at a close friend’s home."

"Had a great experience with this hotel from check-in to check-out. All the staff we met were genuinely nice, friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and accomodating. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Even though it was located to the airport, it was quiet. Breakfast was also great. Coffee and tea available 24/7 and water dispenser on the main floor. There were two restaurants connected to the hotel that are both highly-rated. There is also a convenience store connected to the hotel with a friendly and nice staff. The airport shuttle was very convenient. We had a good rest and will definitely be back!"
