"The room was fairly clean & bed was comfortable however there was still mold in the grout of the shower. There wasn't even a shower curtain when we arrived & the remote control batteries were dead. When we went to shower the water was barely luke warm, per maintenance you have to let the water run 5-7 minutes full blast before it even gets hot especially if you're on the far end of the hotel."

"The room was clean and the resort was beautiful. The only drawback was the buffet that we bought for our dinner. The staff at the buffet were fantastic, but the food was not up to the quality I would have expected for the price charged"

"Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean."
