The area is mostly new construction as is this building. There is a Cracker Barrell Restaurant next door. And Gasoline station within a block. The room and bathroom were spacious and well furnished. Broadway Inn Conference Center
Basically, everything started out very well. Then, the last two days we did NOT have any room service. They said they were too busy to get to all of the rooms. The Wren
Rooms very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy just about a block away in a parking garage if you are parking overnight and leave by a certain time in the AM

Comfort Inn University
The stay was comfortable and the view by the outdoor fireplaces were so pretty. The only negative would be the continental breakfast the syrup was out so we had dry waffles. The front reception gal was so welcoming she even gave us treats for our dog.
