"Stayed one night returning from Vail as we do two times a year and book at Aurora hotels. Once I arrived home, I saw four charges on my credit card, two nights $112 +$50 +30. Sent email a couple of times to Mrs. Rayes (manager) call her more than six times with no answer. Person at front desk told me there was blood at bed sheets. I slept in one bed and my wife and kid in the other one, I don't get where blood came from. First time I write a review like this but after a week I got tired. The worst customer service at a hotel ever."

"Wonderful hotel. As they say everything was free. Free parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast, afternoon, popcorn, happy hour. (3 drinks and enough food you can skip dinner.). Our room was clean, staff was friendly, bed was amazing. We couldn’t ask for anymore, definitely stay again."

"We had to catch an early flight, so we only stayed at the hotel for about 6 hours overnight, so I can't comment on the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. I think $18/ day for parking is outrageous, especially when we were only there for a few hours. Had I known about the charge before, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. "
