Property is old with some recent spotty updates like espresso coffee machines in the lobby. Only one of two elevators was working which caused crowding and waits. Our room had an old, small bathroom with failed grout. The small kitchen was useful only as an extra sink and counter space. There were two flat screens which were not necessary. One covered the only space for a a suitcase. Everything worked. Price was economy but this is definitely not a four-star hotel.

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome.
My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast.
Otherwise the stay was ideal.
The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

"Nice motel. Basic included breaky was appreciated. Just unfortunate that next room had truckie pull in his rig at 2am, take an hour to settle in as loud as he could, and then just as I was able to fall asleep the brush tail possums had frequent almighty fights in ceiling. Oh, and the trains nearby! ..."
